How to qualify for same day shipping

Orders placed and paid for online by 1:00PM Eastern Time, on normal business days, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day, provided:

1. The shipping address provided is complete and accurate. If we have to contact you because the address provided is not complete or accurate, your shipment may be delayed.
2. The online payment is successfully processed.  Mail-In or Phone-In payment orders will not ship the same day, as they require manual processing. Mail-In and Phone-In payment orders are generally shipped within one business day of payment receipt.
3. We are not experiencing an extraordinary volume of orders. There may be times, especially around holidays, that we may not be able to process and ship all orders placed and paid for by 1:00PM ET, but we will always try.
4. We are not experiencing problems associated with extraordinary weather events. In these rare events, shipments may be delayed.
