Testing Process

Our quality assurance process includes advanced testing equipment like force gauges and Helmholtz coils to verify product specifications and performance.

All materials are carefully inspected to confirm that each magnet meets our quality standards. Below are just a few components of our rigorous testing process:

Visual Inspections

We inspect for corrosion, chips, cracks, defective plating/coating, and other mechanical issues. All defective magnets are removed from inventory.

Field Strength Tests

Using Helmholtz coils, fluxmeters and magnetometers, we verify that each magnet meets its designated field strength.
