These are 7/8" diameter x 1/8" thick countersunk ring magnets sized to accept a #8 countersunk screw.  The RE22CS-S-N52 is magnetized with the south pole on the countersink side.

These countersunk rings can be used for a wide range of applications including door closures and tool hangers.
