Magnetization direction The 1/4" by 1" cylinder is one of our most popular sizes due to its great versatility. The D4X0DIA is a little different in that it is diametrically magnetized, which means the curved sides will attract instead of the flat ends.

This size is also available axially magnetized as part number D4X0 and with a small dimple on the north end as part number D4X0-ND.
